We begin crafting most services and products when the services are ordered, at the time of payment. Therefore we do not process exchanges or refunds after full services have been rendered or delivered for any standard or custom product or service without a justifiable cause, as outlined on this page. Any customer can cancel their order for services within 24-hours after initial payment and will receive a full refund. Upon the expiry of the 24-hour period (after payment has been received) and the work has began, a partial refund equaling 50% of the amount paid, will be provided, as the work will have already began. The time period in which a customer can request a 50% partial refund is one week (seven days) from the date the initial payment was made. After one week from date of initial payment, no refunds will be provided.
In some instances, a partial 50% refund will not be permissible or made available, even within one week from date of initial payment. This applies to services that take less than a week (seven days) to deliver to a customer. At our sole discretion, once we deem we have completed over 50% of the work, or a proof or draft of the requested service has been provided for review by the customer, or the service has been completed, or delivered to the customer, no refund will be made available.
Please be sure to confirm that you are agreeable to, and need the services before moving forward with ordering our services. You are free to send us an email with questions you may have. We do not issue any refunds on orders that require products to have been personalized or customized, once the order or service has been shipped or emailed. If you receive a physical item that is defective, please let us know, and we will happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product. An order can be cancelled at any time within the first 24 hours after order placement. Once the creation/processing of a custom/personalized order or service begins, you will no longer be able to request a full refund. If the product is physical and comes with different variants, such as a t-shirt, you may request a size exchange for up to 7 days after delivery, on all non-customized/personalized orders.
